Tattoo Appointments

- We are an appointment only tattoo studio that requires a minimum deposit of £40 for any tattoos under a day session and £100 for full day sessions. 

- Deposits are NON refundable. You may move your appointment up to 2 times before the deposit is void and you would need to pay a new one. 

 

- Any appointments that need to be rescheduled will require a minimum of 2 operating days’ notice. ​

- If you fail to attend your appointment without having contacted the studio to cancel (a ‘No-Show) your deposit will be lost and any future tattoo bookings that we have in the diary for you will automatically be cancelled.

 

- Gift vouchers are also non-refundable. If a procedure is less than the value of a gift voucher then the remaining amount will be returned in the way of another voucher.

- Gift vouchers cannot be used as a deposit. If your gift voucher is equal to the amount of the procedure then a refundable deposit will be required and returned to you upon completion of the appointment.

- Only deposits can be paid via PayPal as some of our clients can book their appointments online. The studio does not accept card payments. We ask our clients to arrange to bring the outstanding amount for their tattoo in cash.

- Please be aware that when making appointments online your session is not confirmed until the studio has messages you back. When you send a deposit, please await confirmation from the studio that we have received the deposit and booked your appointment before making any arrangements for the date proposed. 

 

- Clients are not obligated to purchase the studios tattoo aftercare, especially if they are clients who have been tattooed before. However, it will be noted that you did not purchase aftercare and therefore cannot 100% abide by the aftercare recommended. This may reflect if in the unlikely event you need a touch up.

 

- Our studio has a challenge 25 policy. This means if you are under 25 it is recommended to bring ID with you. A black and white copy of your ID will be made.

 

 - Animals, alcohol, drugs and smoking are prohibited in the premises. We will not tolerate aggressive behaviour.

 

- Artists are not obligated to share their artwork before the session. The agreed idea is done in the consultation. Any small changes to the idea can be done on the day before the session, this is excluded from the tattoo time. Any change of ideas or body part will require at least 1 weeks’ notice and may require another consultation.  

 

- Please make sure to allow enough time for your tattoo session. Failure to do so will result in still having to pay for the time booked aside as well as a new session to complete the tattoo and will be priced separately.

Piercing Appointments

- We are an appointment only tattoo studio that requires a minimum deposit of £10 for all piercings.

- Deposits can be paid via PayPal as most of our clients can book their appointments online. However, we do not accept PayPal nor card payments for the remainder of the service balance. We ask our clients to arrange to bring the outstanding amount for their piercings in cash.

- The legal age for piercings is 16 years old. However, some piercings may be available to people below this age with parental consent. We do require the parent to be present with the client and to have a form of ID present. We will require a black and white photocopy of this ID.

- A friend or family member may accompany you to your appointment. However, they will not be permitted to accompany you in the procedure room unless you are under 16 years old. If you have a parent accompanying you in the procedure room, it is a private dwelling and video/photography is strictly prohibited.

Data protection: All information is confidential and any information collected by us is protected by security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access as required by the Data Protection Act 2018.
